1. The service

TradeSense IQ ("TradeSense") is an educational & analysis software tool — an NSE stock screener with backtested accuracy data, strategy setups and Telegram alerts. It is not investment advice and not a SEBI-registered advisory service.

2. Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate information at signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One user, one account. Multi-account abuse may result in suspension.

3. Free vs Pro

• Free plan: the screener and basic analysis features.
• Pro plan: a monthly subscription — backtested accuracy ratio, Strategy Lab, IPO corner, live watchlist, news feed and Pro Guide PDF.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

4. Referral credits

Each referred friend who upgrades to Pro earns you a ₹100 credit, adjusted against your next month's bill. Credits stack, have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering or automated bulk access.
• No reselling of data, alerts or reports.
• Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

6. Data & accuracy

Market data may be delayed (Yahoo Finance) and may contain errors. Backtest figures are historical — they do not guarantee future performance. All data is provided for educational purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

TradeSense, Vansh Associates and the builder are not liable for any trading losses, missed profits or data errors. Market risk is yours — consult a SEBI-registered advisor before trading. The service is provided "as is".

8. Intellectual property

All software, data presentation, backtest methodology and content are the property of TradeSense / Vansh Associates.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; the latest version is always published on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
